📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of next-generation manufacturing technologies, including advanced machining and additive manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions to improve production processes.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Document and maintain detailed records of manufacturing processes, including equipment performance, production metrics, and quality control results.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams, assisting with product demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role, with a strong background in machining, additive manufacturing, or related technologies.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and quality control methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
