Local Bright Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team in Taman Sari. As an Assistant HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and benefits information.,Support the HR department in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Assist in the organization and planning of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
