📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing information about our products and services.,Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in preparing and presenting product information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
