📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials.
  • Conduct classes and provide instruction to students in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist in the organization and management of school events and activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity within the school community.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
  • Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
