📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and updating software and hardware.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in data backup and recovery processes.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in training new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
