📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.,Handle customer transactions at the cashier, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including stocking products and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
