Salon Maya Mart is looking for an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking as needed.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in managing a team of sales associates.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
