UNITY Lestari is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's fleet in optimal condition and ensuring timely delivery of services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure the vehicles are in good condition and comply with safety regulations.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Track vehicle usage and ensure it aligns with company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
