📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of ICT strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
• Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Manage and supervise the ICT team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA and ISO 27001.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in ICT leadership roles, with a proven track record in healthcare or a related industry.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• Proficiency in using enterprise-level software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
