In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You'll work closely with our team to understand their needs and challenges, and you'll be the go-to person for all things HR. With your expertise in HR software and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, you'll ensure that our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance information
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and leave management
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement improvements to our HR processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HR software, including Greenhouse, BambooHR, and Payroll systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
