FLUX Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, ensuring we find the best talent for our organization.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to fill various positions within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
