📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for real-time monitoring of labor metrics.
- Optimize labor allocation by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to implement workforce solutions.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in workforce analytics.
- Support the development of workforce strategies aligned with company goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce analysis or a similar role.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
