📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
