Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis,Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives,Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our business development strategies remain relevant and effective,Represent Leaf Cloud Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Experience with CRM software and sales tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian
