📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
