Sentral Intan Digital is seeking a dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team in Tambora. This role is crucial in supporting our learning and development initiatives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 4.000.000 to Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Support the creation and distribution of learning materials and resources.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure the quality of learning experiences.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the organization of learning events and activities.,Support the development of learning strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the maintenance and update of the learning management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning.
