📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.,Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
