CNC Machining Operator - Precision Manufacturing Role in West Sumbawa

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machining centers, including Fanuc and Siemens control systems
• Set up and execute production schedules to meet daily targets
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure precision and quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes
• Keep detailed records of production activities and machine performance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machining Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Fanuc and Siemens CNC control systems
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks
• Understanding of quality control principles and standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in mechanical engineering or related field
• Valid CNC Operator certification is a plus
