📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing telesales campaigns to achieve sales targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both existing and potential clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Assist in training and mentoring new telesales staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telesales.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
