As a Lead Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the reception area, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including scheduling appointments and managing the calendar.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.,Monitor and manage receptionist schedules and performance.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.,Assist in training and developing new receptionists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating reception activities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
