📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.,Manage the café's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability and financial stability.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in café operations.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve the café's goals and objectives.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in café or restaurant operations management.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
