📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular training and development for staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
