📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on pet nutrition, grooming, training, and health care.
• Assist in creating and implementing pet care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct regular check-ups and health assessments for pets.
• Educate pet owners on best practices for pet care and behavior management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of pet care and health information using our in-house software.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new pet care programs.
• Promote our services and products to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pet care, veterinary assistance, or a related role.
• Certification in pet first aid or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and our in-house pet care management software.
• Passion for animals and a commitment to providing the best care for pets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
