📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking.,Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Monitor and report on sales and leasing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality or luxury travel industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of local language is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
