Simplygood (Pte Ltd) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Affiliate & Creator Program Specialist to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate and creator programs on leading e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth and engagement in the e-commerce space.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate and creator program performance on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.,Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate and creator content with our e-commerce platforms.,Build and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers to drive program growth and engagement.,Create and distribute promotional materials, such as banners, landing pages, and email campaigns, to maximize program reach and impact.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and creator engagement.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on program performance and recommendations for optimization.,Conduct training and support for internal teams on best practices for affiliate and creator program management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator engagement, or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate and creator programs.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email, and search.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other relevant platforms.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
