ConnectOS is seeking a highly skilled Senior L3 MSP Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team on a part-time remote basis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide Level 3 technical support for Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.,Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements and improve operational efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft technologies into client environments.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.,Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.,Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of client projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies.,Certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, or other relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.,Proven experience in providing Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting complex issues.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.,Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure is highly desirable.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
