📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent product knowledge.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure they meet the required standards and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
