📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop new pastry recipes and menu items.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries and desserts.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs.,Work closely with the culinary team to ensure the overall quality of the food offerings.,Maintain and organize the pastry inventory.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid food handler's certificate.
