📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct training programs for new employees and existing staff.,Develop and implement training materials and schedules.,Assist in the development of employee performance plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide support to the HR Manager in all HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and training in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of HR software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card).
