📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the central accounting team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Manage financial reporting processes, including month-end close, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
