📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium cocktails, including signature drinks
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with accurate inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative cocktail and food pairings
• Train and mentor junior bartenders
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions
• Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and punctuality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in high-end bars, restaurants, or hotels
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and garnishes
• Familiarity with cocktail software, such as BarTab or Cocktail Flow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international liquor brands and products
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
