HR Supervisor - People & Culture Leader

Seven Dragons Food Galore is a vibrant and growing food service company based in Canggu, Bali, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and lead our People & Culture initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a thriving workplace culture, drive strategic HR initiatives, and foster a positive work environment for our employees.

As our HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our HR practices align with our company's mission and values. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive employee engagement and well-being programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in managing a team and driving HR initiatives in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
