📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Saba, or Docebo to streamline training delivery and track employee progress.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development.
• Report on training program outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and LMS management.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Saba, or Docebo.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve training programs.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
