📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging e-learning and microlearning content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure learning materials are aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct needs analysis and learning gap assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Create instructional strategies and learning objectives that are measurable and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs, including instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and blended learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design to continuously enhance learning solutions.
• Mentor and support junior instructional designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, and ID models).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Docebo, or Moodle.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or equivalent) is a plus.
